What We Do
The tools are free. This is the part we charge for.
Knowing what is true and acting on it are different jobs. The second takes months, involves a dozen institutions and agencies, and fails on details — a missing transcript, a deadline read in the wrong timezone, a programme that turned out not to qualify.
01
Test Preparation
IELTS, TOEFL, GRE and GMAT, taught by someone holding a 114 and a 333 rather than a training manual.
- Diagnostic and a target set against the score you actually need
- Small-group and individual instruction
- Full-length practice under timed conditions
- Band-by-band review against the CLB thresholds that carry points
02
Profile Evaluation & Route Planning
Where you stand against the published criteria today, which routes that opens, and what each one costs in time and money.
- A scored profile with the full points breakdown
- Ranked routes, including the ones that are closed and why
- A sequenced plan: what to do first, and what it is worth
- An honest read on whether the move repays the outlay in your case
This is analysis of published criteria. Advice on which application to file, and its preparation, is the licensed work of our partner counsel.
03
College & University Selection
Shortlisting against cost, admissibility and — the part most agents skip — whether the credential actually leads anywhere.
- A shortlist built around your budget and your test scores
- Field-of-study eligibility checked before you apply, not after you graduate
- Application assembly and submission
- Scholarship and fee-waiver routes where they exist
04
Application & Documentation Support
The administrative weight of a study permit application: forms, documents, deadlines, and the sequence they have to happen in.
- Document checklists and review for completeness
- Proof-of-funds preparation to the current threshold
- Attestation letter and institution correspondence
- Timeline management backwards from your intake date
Preparation and logistics. Representation and advice before IRCC are handled by our partner counsel, who is licensed for it.
05
Arrival & Settlement
Accommodation, banking, transport and the first month.
- Accommodation search and verification before you fly
- Bank account, SIN and phone in the first week
- Local orientation for the city you are actually going to
Where We Stop
We do not give immigration advice.
Plenty of firms in this market imply that they do. Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, doing it for a fee without a licence is an offence — and the person who carries the consequences of bad advice is not the consultant.
What That Means In Practice
We do
Teach the tests, build the shortlist, assemble and submit applications, prepare documents, and handle arrival.
We refer
Anything that turns on which application to file, how to argue a case, or how to answer an officer goes to our partner immigration lawyer, who is licensed for it. We take no fee for the referral.
We never
Promise an outcome, quote you odds, or describe our education work as immigration consulting.
Run the tools before you call. The conversation is better for it.
Information, not immigration advice, in any of the countries covered here. We provide education and admissions services; licensed immigration advice comes from our partner counsel.
