Scope of services
EducationAbroad.life provides education and admissions services: test preparation, institution selection, application assembly, documentation support and settlement logistics.
We do not provide immigration or visa advice for a fee. Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, advising or representing a person for consideration in connection with a Canadian immigration application is restricted to authorised representatives — lawyers in good standing with a provincial law society, notaries of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, and consultants regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
The tools on this site compute published, public criteria, and reproduce published requirements for every destination they cover. They tell you what the rules say and how your answers score against them. They do not tell you what to file, how to file it, or how to present your case — and no output from them should be read as doing so.
Where a figure is our own estimate rather than a published one — the years-to-residence figures in the destination comparator are the main case — it is labelled as an estimate wherever it appears, with the reasoning attached. Immigration rules outside Canada are stated as the destination publishes them; they change, and each is the responsibility of that country's authorities, not ours.
Where you need advice, we refer you to our partner immigration lawyer, who is licensed to give it. We receive no fee for the referral itself.
Where you need advice, we refer you to our partner immigration lawyer. We receive no fee for the referral, and you are free to instruct anyone else.
Every figure on this site
Each number used by the tools is declared once, with its source and the date it was last checked. The set was last reviewed Sep 13, 2026. Express Entry cut-offs are pulled from IRCC’s own feed every morning rather than typed by hand. The full sources page shows every figure, how it is maintained and when it was last checked. If you find one out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Immigration rules change without notice and are applied by officers exercising judgement. A figure that was correct on the date shown may not be correct on the date you read it, and meeting a published threshold is never a guarantee of an outcome. Check anything material against the source before you act on it.
What happens to what you enter
The tools run entirely in your browser. Your age, education, test scores, savings and everything else you type into them is held in your browser’s session storage and is discarded when you close the tab. It is not sent to a server, we never see it, and there is no account to create.
The one exception is the optional written explanation. If you press Explain This, the computed results — the score, the totals, the route names — are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to be turned into prose, and the response is streamed back. That request is not stored by us. Your name, contact details and free text are never part of it, because the tools never ask for them.
The enquiry form on the contact page composes a message in your own email application. Nothing is posted from that page either. Once you send that email, it is an ordinary email and is held in our mailbox.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to info@educationabroad.life.

Earlier versions of this site listed offices in several international cities. They have been removed because they did not describe anything real. We operate from the address above, with the consultant working out of India.
